Environmental Group Sues Air Board

A central valley environmental group is expected to file a lawsuit
today against state air regulators. Last month the state air
board approved a plan designed to clean tiny particles of dust
and soot from the region's air. But environmentalists say that
the plan is illegal because it doesn't do enough to clean the
valley's dangerously polluted air.
